<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/y1dpwYbYSok” title=”YouTube video player” frameborder=”0″ allow=”accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture” allowfullscreen></iframe> hey there this is Jophiel with SkyPoint Studios and today I want to talk to you about the importance of getting back to a customer with a quote as soon as possible so we all typically anyone who’s in a service business and some products that need to be fulfilled are going to have to provide quotes or estimates of proposals rfqs to customers rfps so these are documents that you’re going to prepare over consistently for a customer to show them exactly what you’re going to do for them the cost the timeline things like that so for me it’s really really important when a customer comes in not only to process their request I want to get back to them as soon as possible and be available but I want to provide the quote and the estimate as soon as possible so I try to provide those within an hour to half an hour hour two hours at most of when they contact me to me it’s a psychological thing is to show the customer right off the bat that I’m responsive it’s important to me and i want to provide them with the information they’re looking for before they move on find another competitor or forget about it or decide they don’t want to do it it’s all part of the psychological aspect of getting the sale so what is your approach to providing proposals providing estimates how quickly do you get them back and do you think it could be done in a quicker manner and maybe you’d have more success doing that definitely sound off in the comments let me know what you think Jophiel with SkyPoint Studios thank you so much for watching this video I will see you soon
