<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/sORP5hyh_Io” title=”YouTube video player” frameborder=”0″ allow=”accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture” allowfullscreen></iframe> hey there this is Jophiel with SkyPoint Studios and today i want to talk to you about the importance of following up in sales so in sales it’s really really important to follow a certain process for following up with a prospect when you provide a proposal there’s a certain amount of time that you need to let the customer process that so it’s all about timing we don’t want to follow up too quickly and be bugging them or being seem annoying or seem desperate for the job but at the same time we also don’t want to let too much time pass before we follow up with them or if some people don’t even follow up at all and I guarantee you if you’re not following up at all if you’re just providing a proposal and you’re never you’re waiting for them to call you it’s a lot like when you’re trying to get a job at a place do you just submit an application and wait for them to call you or do you actually follow up and go back in and find out hey did you review my application are you still looking for someone am I a good fit if you don’t do this with your customers if you don’t follow up you’re missing out on a huge amount of business it’s almost a guarantee that if you just follow up with customers then you will get a lot more sales throughout the year it’s going to increase your sales so for me it’s usually typically within a three day to a four day window I want to give them enough time to digest so if I submit a proposal on a Thursday I’ll probably follow up on Monday or Tuesday now there’s certain days of the week like Mondays aren’t usually the best days to follow up and Fridays usually aren’t that good either so Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays are usually the best days of the week to follow up with the customer so how are you doing your follow up with your sales are you on the ball or is this something you could improve and increase your overall close rates joe failed with sky point studios I’m looking forward to hearing your discussion on this topic i think it’s super important to all of us who are running our businesses i will see you on the next video
